I Have Been Sick For About A Week And A

I have been sick for about a week and a half. The first week I had a fever and excessive coughing, a sore throat and my voice was gone for 4 days but that was it, but now for the past 2 days I have been very weak, having nausea, the smell of food makes me feel sick, bad abdominal pain, chills, and my heart has been beating fast. I still have the excessive coughing but now when I cough, I have very bad chest pains. Any idea what it could be?
