I Have Been Taking Align For The Past Week, On

I have been taking Align for the past week, on going to my OB/GYN Doctor today for a primary cleaning, my blood pressure taken there was high, normally it is high as I take pressure meds daily, however, on taking it again it did not lower, before I started taking Align the pressure was always normal, last week at primary care doctor it was 131, can Align be causing this.
