I Have Been Working To Lower My Blood Sugar Over

I have been working to lower my blood sugar over the last year. Dizziness has always been a constant, especially toward the end of the day it worsens and I appear drunk, sometimes accidentally turning myself around when attempting to go forward. With diet and 2 metformin a day my blood sugar levels have gone from 400 to 140 over the last year. Now that my blood sugar is significantly lower I expected the dizziness to improve. It has not. I need to steady myself by holding on to things like furniture. I clean house for a living and this is getting in the way. I am concerned. I am 70 and have no retirement funds. I need to work to keep my apt and to eat, of course. My driving is beginning to be affected. Keeping my focus is difficult, whether in a conversation, cleaning a room, or keeping my eyes on the road. Any ideas?
