I Have Gerd And It Was Causing Me To Belch

I have gerd and it was causing me to belch in my lower neck and it felt tight like my breath was going to cut off , I went to the er on 12/11 and they said I had pneumonia and gerd, they did a procedure on 12/19 to see what was going on and they said it was an ulcerated air of gas,,,now it is clear in that part and has moved up to my neck still belching and my nostrils are moving sounds like air is breaking in them should I run to the er now.
