I Have Had A Bad Sinus Cold About 2 Weeks

I have had a bad sinus Cold about 2 weeks ago, the sneezing and coughing stopped a week ago. I have had high bpm (37 white female) resting 96-102 bpm. My headaches have been chronic for 1 week, so bad, I had to get a refill of my migraine meds from a year ago, had 2 refills left of 6 imitrex each. Last night I was covered in hives on upper body (jaw, neck, back, arms, chest and ankles). Took benadryl and woke up with no hives, migraine was worse. Been tired irritable and lethargic. Have had dirheahea and no appetite. I am worried about the headaches.... thoughts? ??
