I Have Had A Constant Pinching Feeling In My Lower

I have had a constant pinching feeling in my lower left abdomen for the past several days. It is not debilitating, but rather unpleasant. I had a full hysterectomy 8 years ago. I don't eat much sugar, gluten or dairy, and I avoid corn, peanuts and soy, not for any specific reason other than they are potential allergens and I can live without them. Any idea what it might be that is causing me this pain?
