I Have Had A Cough For About 2 Months. I

I have had a cough for about 2 months. I have been to my PCP twice, had different medicines prescribed, including a steroid shot. The cold is gone, but I'm still coughing, especially at night, making sleep difficult. Should I go back to my doctor or find an ENT doctor? I really need a good night's sleep.
