I Have Had A Mole On My Stomach Since A

I have had a mole on my stomach since a was very young. It never caused any problem, never changed, was just there. Today, after riding in a car for a couple hours to a meeting, used the restroom and noticed, it was gone and had bled a lot. It still does not hurt, looks sore, put a band-aide on it. anything to worry about?
