I Have Had Abdominal Pain On My Lower Right Side

I have had abdominal pain on my lower right side for over a year. My doctor kept telling me it was pain radiating from an umbilical hernia. The pain was dull and only a couple times a week. Over time the frequentcy and intensity began to increase. After a CT scan, I was also found to have gallstones. In May I had both removed. But the pains have continued and now are sharp and in all areas of my abdomin. Another recent abdominal CT showed that my colon and all other organs were clear. I am very concerned to what is causing this pain. I have seen gastrologists, gynocologists, urologists, and my family doctor. If I try to sleep on my stomach, it feels like I am sleeping on on my a lump on my right side. Could you tell me what could be causing this pain and what tests or doctor could determine what it is? I would be so grateful for any information or help you could give me Thank you.
