I Have Had Constipation And Even Pushing Is Hard To

I have had constipation and even pushing is hard to get it tru with extreme pain so I have been taking senocot, I also have bouts of soft stool which of still painful feel like I could pass out. Never seems like I'm done. Pain in upper right under rib cage, belly button area and lower left side, it fluctuates. Also when I lay down I can feel a huge hard lump on lower left side. I feel as I am having severe spasms and contractions. It's horrible so I went to emergency and they have me on pantoprazole which is helping to a degree, only been on it for three days. Waiting now for more exrays, also I've lost a ton of weight.
