I Have Had Diarrhea For About Four Days Accompanied By

I have had diarrhea for about four days accompanied by a sore throat and now I have developed a rash. I went to the Doctor today and they don't seem to have any answers. All the tests, strep, etc. were normal. Do you think it may just be a virus. The rash is on my neck, chest, back, stomach, and arms.
