I Have Had Ear Problems All My Life. Tubes As

I have had ear problems all my life. Tubes as a child. Countless ruptured ear drums, and ear infections. My left ear is significantly worse. For the past year my left ear has been leaking a clear fluid, that smells bad, and tastes bitter. It itches extremely, and bothers me daily. I've had doctors look at it in the past, mainly I get told it's just built up fluid. I've tried swimming ear drops but they burn horribly. I feel hopeless. Thanks for your help.
