I Have Had Lower Back Pain As A Strained Muscle,

I have had lower back pain as a strained muscle, I am a Crohns patient and take Remmicade infusions. I need something to ease the paid, as I can hardly move! I understand I cannot take Ibuprofen, with the auto immune treatments, I am trying the Salon pas patches, but don't seem to be working.
