I Have Had Nose Bleeds, 4 Total Within The Last

I have had nose bleeds, 4 total within the last 2 days, and I don't know why. I don't have any of the reasons, I just read about. I do ocassionally have internal bleeding, but that is related to a large hiatal hernia (Stomach is above diaphragm) and have had to have Iron infusions. Texas Oncology monitors my blood work every 4 months. But these nose bleeds are something new. I put ice inside my nose, tilt my head back and apply pressure to nostril. Is there a common reason for nosebleeds?
