I Have Had Pain Under Left Lower Back Rib Area

I have had pain under left lower back rib area which worsens and travels to right ribs while sleeping, now left side located, starting to travel around front. ct was clear, urine had blood but no infection. have had a vagel paraganglioma removed from neck 3 years ago. what could it be, what tests should I ask for? (no fever no weight loss, )
