I Have Had Peericardiatis For A Couple Of Months After

I have had peericardiatis for a couple of months after having an MI about two monts ago, Recently had tamponode, AF with it. I am on cochicine, brelenta, asa, diltiezam, metoprolol and more, I continue to get low grade fevers and mailaise. is there and end in sight, is there anything I can do? i take tylenol for fever -is that safte? How about tumeric?
