I Have Had Sinus Problems For 5 Years. My Nose

I have had sinus problems for 5 years. My nose gets stuffy, clogged and I'm unable to breath. The only thing relieving it now is a nasal spray (Drixoral), I have used saline water nasal spray but that doesn't work either. I went to the doctor several tines and was prescribed a nasal spray but I don't remwber the name, however this didn't work either and only made my pharynx and nasal cavity irritated. Also the doctor said it woud be the dry climate of winter... But he wouldn't listen when I said that its year round, not only in winter. I had a quick assessment for sinusitis (tapping fingers over sinuses) and there was no big pain from it.
My head hurts as well but I don't know if it would be related.
I want to stop using Drixoral since it has made me somehow physically dependant on it to the point of using it more than 3-4 times a day and my blood pressure has increased due to its use (not extremely though).
Since the doctors I have gone to don't have an answer, I wanted to ask what it could be?. Thank you in advance
