I Have Had Some Fever And Chills The Last 3-4

I have had some fever and chills the last 3-4 nights, some coughing, some sweating, some light headache and eye ache. Ibuprofen seems to help. Breathing is affected a bit, but not badly. Fever has measured between 99 and 102, although isn't steady. Trying to decide if I should call my doctor, or continue with rest and ibuprofen. The symptoms come and go. I am a 62 year old male.
