I have just been told I've got salmonella food poisoning, i actually fell ill on holiday in marmaris, I'm now back 5wks now and I'm still feeling pretty unwell, fever all over body ache and generally feeling weak, it usually says that salmonella symptoms only Last 7 or more days, what shall i do next
