I Have Laryngitis, Some Cough, Tender Throat With Redness, And

I have laryngitis, some cough, tender throat with redness, and an ear that feels plugged at times. The throat began feeling scratching last Wednesday. My voice began sounding funny. Saturday I had spells of coughing. Sunday morning I awoke with no voice. I haven't had a fever but did awaken during the night in a sweat. I am doing apple cider vinegar and water, honey, vitamin C for this.
Is there more I should do?
