I Have Leftover Hydrocodone From A Procedure Last Fall, I

I have leftover hydrocodone from a procedure last fall, I reaggravated the injury and had 5 left in the bottle, so I thought I'd take a couple. However, I don't recall what was imprinted on the pills from before-and I would never mix meds among bottles, but when I look them up online they show as being 500 mg aspirin. They are white , oblong with no split in the middle and read L484 with nothing in the other side. I'm almost certain they're the 7.5 mg lortabs I got before-are they?
