I Have Mild Chest Pains That Are Sharp, But Low

I have mild chest pains that are sharp, but low grade. They are dead center in my chest and are very similar to gas pains I have had in the past. However, I have always been able to get rid of gas pains quickly, mostly by drinking warm water. These have been going on for approximately five days. During the night while I am in bed, I almost feel like my heart is just slightly twitching very occasionally. It has not been better or worse, just somewhat constant
