I Have Most Of The Symptoms Of A Cold Or

I have most of the symptoms of a cold or flu: tired, light headed, some fevers, night sweats, didn't want any food the first couple of days. But I have no gastric upset or congestion. My sinuses were a bit sore one night, and I may have felt some twinges in the lymph glands in my neck. I'm trying to drink more than I normally do, but my urine is sparse and a bit orange.

Can colds or flu settle mostly into the endocrine system?
