I Have Naturally, Atypical Blood Which Has Been Thoroughly Assessed

I have naturally, atypical blood which has been thoroughly assessed by Haematology. It is extremely thin. Does clot but is within one step from von Wilbrands. Reasons unknown. Am an insulin dependent diabetic, great control, testing only daily and very rarely in double figures. Because of the diabetes have been put on a Hypertensive and a statin. Statin....Rosuvastin 10mg. (I react badly to all others with massage aches & pain.)
Blood pressure, systolic, moves up and down. Initially prescribed Candesartan. Never had any issue. Dr has added in Cilazapril. I am now having bleeds under the skin whenever I just knock myself. I work full time even though I am older. Initially when the 'thin' blood issue came to light it was the bleeding under the skin which caused a little more attention to be paid to this. My feeling is that what is happening now is related to the Cilazapril. Thoughts please.
