I Have Nipple Discharge From One Breast, Slightly Low Calcium

I have nipple discharge from one breast, slightly low calcium levels which my doctor says I've had for a while, and various other symptoms such as tiredness, headaches, low sex drive, painful joints and autoimmune symptoms (I also have raynauds). My doctor said I'm fine. Should I get a second opinion?
