I Have Only One Kidney, I Aam Having As Problem

I have only one kidney, I aam having as problem passing any urine since yesterday, I am drinking lots of fluids (4 water, 1 coffee, 2 cups of tea glass of milk but still no urge at all. There has been a few times when I have problems with this one kidney at times, what do you suggest.
