I Have Osteoarthritis Of The Hip. Today, For The First

I have osteoarthritis of the hip. Today, for the first time, I had a cortisone injection to the hip.
I also have had pain in my right knee (undiagnosed). I asked the doc: if the injection is successful, is it possible that it would mitigate pain in the knee. He indicated: yes,,,,or the knee pain might get worse.

Your thoughts? He's a radiologist with a sub specialty in joints and bones.
