I Have Pain In My Joints With Some Swelling, Stiff

I have pain in my joints with some swelling, stiff fingers, lower back pain and hip pain, when I rest it appears to get worse, also night sweats and fatigue, I am going through menopause but feel it is more than that. I had regular blood tests done which were ok
