I Have Plaque Psoriasis On The Palms Of My Hands

I have plaque psoriasis on the palms of my hands and much worse on the soles of my feet. I will not take any of the meds on the market that damage any of my organs or attacks my immune system. That narrows my options. I took Otezla for 6 weeks, had all the advertised side effect except for vomiting. My Psoriasis flared up worse than it was when I began taking Otezla in the Fourth week but I stuck with it till I abruptly got severe lower back pain. I research Otezla at work(I am a nurse) and found some info for phys re: a large % of women >60 yrs old, taking 5 certain drugs and 1 of them being vit D that I take would experience severe lower back pain....that was me. So I stopped Otezla. Used numerous creams and ointment, soaks, oils, etc. some relief but nothing that has lasting positive results. My question is what about using preparation h on the inflamed, swollen tissue of my feet?
