I Have Recently Been Diagnosed With Hepatic Sinusoid Dilation. I

I have recently been diagnosed with hepatic sinusoid dilation. I also have recurring iron and vitamin B deficiency anemia (they're trying to find the cause; it's not pernicious) and sub clinical hypothyroidism. I've had a problem with tiny little canker sores developing on my lips. They are NOT cold sores, they do not go beyond my actual lips, they do not have pus or form scabs. Most of the time they're nearly invisible, but sometimes several can form within a few days and cause my lips to swell some. Then a couple of days later, they're gone. I have had one doctor suggest it's the hypothyroidism, another my liver. Any advice?
