I have severe chemical intolerance, and have a shredded tendon. My orthopedic doctor says he can perform surgery to repair it. I can do most things with my arm, except do embroidery or cutting articles out of newspapers, and am afraid to drive as making turns really hurts. Are there any exercises I can do? I read about injecting an irritant to promote healing. What do you think of that to relieve pain when driving? When my tendon was first injured, in about June, I couldn't peel carrots or use a can opener. Now I can.
