I Have Severe Sleep Apnea That Is Untreated For Many

I have severe sleep apnea that is untreated for many yrs., i have a history of 1/2 to 1 pack cigarette a day smoking history for 49yrs., I am a drinker, I have had a TIA and prostate CA. I have a family history of CAD, MI, Poor circulation with 3 family members with Above the knee amputations. My EKG shows Sinus bradycardia with premature atrial complexes. I had a nuclear stress test 16 yrs ago that showed the left part of my heart to be enlarged. Do i suggest I need another stress test at this time.
