I Have Small Bumps That Are On My Hands, Feet,

I have small bumps that are on my hands, feet, arms, and legs. Some of them are red, most are the color of my skin and a little lighter in color. The bumps on my feet and legs itch, and the ones on my hands sting in water. I noticed them all yesterday. Any suggestions on treatment? Should i be concerned about any sort of medical emergency. My diet has stayed the same and i have not been out in nature ie. Hiking/plant exposure...
