I Have Tar Smelling Poop For About A Month. It

I have tar smelling poop for about a month. It is off an on. I recently added 30mg zinc, Quercetin, Flonase, otherwise my diet is not that healthy but I have not changed anything other than eating more Kale. All medications have remained the same and all supplements other than listed.
