I Have Thickening And Pain In Middle Joint Of All

I have thickening and pain in middle joint of all fingers on both hands. Had nerve conduction test done 3 years ago which was negative to carpal tunnel and was told I had tendonitis. Am dropping things more, less grip strength. I am a 54 year old woman, exercise regularly, average weight, whose only other medical condition is high chol. which i recently began taking atorvastatin 10mg for. I am a Dental Hygienist of 34 years with much repeated use of hands. I have been taking 1 teas dark chocolate, 1/2 tea cinn and 1/4 teas turmeric for past two years almost daily. I take 1 fish oil a day, 1 81mg aspirin, and am unsure how to proceed as to dealing with this pain.
