I have upper right quadrant pain after eating. recently diagnosed with low B12 & low Vitamin D, am taking supplements for both & getting lots of sun (for about 2 weeks). Still have extreme fatigue. I have a very good diet, little to no meat, some fish, lot of fruits, veggies, nuts, whole grains. TSH is .86, free T3 is 2.1.
Sodium is 135. any ideas of a connection here?
