I Have What Seems To Be A Chronic Sinus Infection

I have what seems to be a chronic sinus infection which has settled in the sinus cavity under my left eye. It causes my left side of my face to swell, pressure full of mucas, it makes my gums sore and swollen to the point that I can't chew food on the left side of my mouth. The last 2 times I have developed an abcess on the uppermost area of my gum where the lip connects . I have been to my doctors 3 different times getting azithromyacin and prendazone 4 or 5 times, In addition I have been to the dentist to have a tooth pulled on the right side of my mouth and a filling, at the time he gave me a dental antibiotic (c?) and prendazone on 2 different times. This has been going on since May of this year, comes gets better comes back. My dentist now thinks it is a gum infection now. I have done nasal spray, saline spray, alergie meds, steam, vicks, heat packs, ice packs.

I am allergic to penicillin, and sulfa, Keflex. Needless to say it is starting up again. I am sick of taking antibiotics and steroids any more. Got any ideas is it is sinuses, gum disease, or both and how to address it. thanks Gail
