I Heave Cancer, It's SARCOMA, At This Time, I'm Not

I heave cancer, it's SARCOMA, at this time, I'm not doing chemo OR radiation. Haven't had chemo in, I believe 3 weeks, radiation for about 3 months ... I've been having fever often, I was told to take Tylenol if it gets to 100.5 I'm wondering if fevers are a symptom of menopause?
