I Jammed My Right Thigh, Knee, Calf. Running Across The

I jammed my right thigh, knee, calf. Running across the street, I seemed to land hard and had a shooting pain from thigh, through knee and calf. That was at 2 pm today! Have iced, kept it up and taken Naproxen. It feels best the more I walk.


I have to leave/limp to the theater. Will try to come back later.
