I Just Banged My Head (upper Left Side, Above Forehead)

I just banged my head (upper left side, above forehead) on the corner of a shelf while standing. red, no bump, but my jaw (clanked shut) and neck (tweaked it, maybe) hurt from the force of the impact. I have a headache and oddly enough, pressure, but its in my sinus cavity and middle of brow, not at the trama site. Should I do more than ice it and take asprin?
