I Just Got A New Birth Control On October 13,

I just got a new birth control on October 13, 2016. It's the IUD mirena, and from the day I got it I have been bleeding non stop, I've been having really bad pains on my whole left side (the pains are like a really sharp pain. If I was to rate it on a scale the pain would be a 10.) , and headaches. Is this normal?
