I Just Had A UA Microscopic Test Done The Results

I just had a UA microscopic test done the results are as follows: WBC's > 25, RBC's > 50, Bacteria- Trace Squamosus epithelial cells-None, Muscous UR Sed-Present. Does this mean I have a bladder infection or could it also mean I have kidney stones. My symptoms are frequent urination, extreme lower abdominal pain, fever and nausea.
