I Just Had Blood Tests Done Because I Was So

I just had blood tests done because I was so exhausted so we did blood tests. It came back bad - I have low platelets, low white cells, low iron. I need to know whats happening. Could I have leukemia, or, acute myeloid leukemia. I need to know whats going on so I can let my family know and find out what the treatments are. I can't take the iron pills as they make me extremely ill. The problemcourtenay90@shaw is I can't get IV iron as they have put new rules in place, and you hemoglobin has to be low as well.
