I Just Returned From Mexico Early Saturday Morning, Not Having

I just returned from Mexico early Saturday morning, not having felt well for the previous 2 days. Since then, I have had a sore throat, some coughing, head congestion, sensitive skin, shivers/chills, body aches and a fever that has gone as high as 103.5 this evening but before now usually around 101.7. I've been taking ibuprofen or tylenol and they help, but I'm sleeping most of the time. When should I seek an appointment with my doctor or urgent care? (4.5-5.5 days so far. Thank you! Mary
