I Picked Up My Cat's Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4 Mg From

I picked up my cat's Chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg from the vet today. These pills are yellow, round and scored. Imprint is on 1 side, 44 on top,194 below score mark. There is 1 yellow round pill, same size, that is NOT SCORED and has PH above 012. I could not identify it using human pill identifier. Can you tell me what it is?
