I Recently Did A Blood Test And Found Out That

I recently did a blood test and found out that my iron level is extremely low. I am at 17 and was told a normal level is 50-100. I have read up a little on the effects that can have and found a lot of my symptoms I have recently been having are related to it (extreme fatigue, migraines, rapid heart rate, high blood pressure, etc) I am in contact with my primary but I would like to find out if there is something naturally I can do to help. A lot of thing I have read say to eat shellfish but I am extremely allergic and I already do eat a lot of leafy greens. Besides vitamins, is there anything else I can do?? Physically I'm in good shape and teach Zumba and Aqua at least 3x per/week but always so tired and no energy
