I recently gave birth to my 2nd child end of JAN/2018. My cycles began 03/10/18 for 8 days VERY heavy flow. Then again, 04/10/18 6-7 days Very heavy. On 04/17 I had a colposcopy and biopsy. They’ve been monitoring dysplasia of cervix CIN 2 high grade. This biopsy was a little more uncomfortable. I had spotting off and on all month. They called back and said it was not progressing and to come back for my next annual pap. On my ‘my chart’ I saw however they diagnosed me with ‘ Inflammatory Disease of the Cervix Uteri’ I was not aware of this until recently. On 05/06 I started spotting off and on bright red blood (mainly) sometimes (rarely) pink and brown, for about 9 days and VERY light bleeding. I would say enough to soak a panty liner every 3 hours enough to change it. This was very odd to me because I’ve never encountered a light period ever. I took pregnancy tests that week and LH even all negative. I was diagnosed with endometriosis at a very young age and doctors have went back and fourth since then because of the lack of exploratory surgery, they did diagnose CT scan(?). My cycles have always been heavy and PAINFUL. During the time I was experiencing the ‘light period’ a couple times I had excruciating pain. I dropped my child off at school and could barley lug myself and the baby in the car seat to the car. I had hot flashes, dizziness, weakness, black out for a couple seconds at a time, nausea and stabbing, twisting sharp pain, to the point I could not sit properly upward to drive back home. I drove slow with caution because the pain just kept coming. I’ve dealt with this kind of pain in the past but this was distinctively more pain. This happened a couple times during that week and I also experienced a couple times where I had the intense pain then felt the need to have a bowel moment, when I tried I would be in tears with the pain of trying to pass a bowel. It was sharp shooting pains that would only go away until I had a bowel movement. After that “period” I experienced twinges here and there in my ovaries, lower back pain, lower abdominal pain..like normal or so I think... now a month later my period was 2 days late and I decided to test. I had a couple positive and a couple negative, now all + My husband and I decided we probably were and that we did not want to have another at the time. I experience horrible PPD and we are going through a lot as a family currently and decided it would be best. We both have never experienced abortion or even considered it so were a little inexperienced with the situation. We set up the abortion pill appointment for later next week however I am concerned if I should speak with my OB first due to the symptoms I’ve been experiencing. Since the week before the positive tests I had extreme dizziness, every time I stand up, walk a little, the smallest tasks I start to black out and then it stops. I’ve been eating, sleeping as much as I can, etc. along with the dizziness I’ve been experiencing hot flashes, night sweats, fever off and on 99-102, mild cramping usually around the pubic bone and hip, noticed after walking around the store I started getting the faintness, sweats, fever, mild cramping, nauseated. I do have “ shoulder tip” and neck pain but I feel like it comes and goes. Since the positive tests the pain has not been excruciating but it is present. I also thought I had a UTI or yeast infection before discovering that I was pregnant, I had symptoms of both which both dissipated. I am concerned about the extreme dizziness as I’ve never experienced it to this extreme in my previous pregnancies. I have not had bleeding since 05/14. Should I see my OB before this appointment? I guess I would say I am a little concerned about the chance of an ectopic pregnancy.
