I Recently Had Endometrial/uterine Cancer (stage 1a) That Was Easily

I recently had endometrial/uterine cancer (stage 1a) that was easily removed (Jan 2015) by a DaVinci robotic TLH surgery (6mm tumor). My ovaries were left intact. I am a 50 years old (49 at surgery time) and I am an identical twin. I have fibromyalgia, Type 2 Diabetes (controlled well with Metformin), HBP, and Reynaud's Phenomenom. My identical twin is currently having chemo for stage 3C endometrial/uterine cancer. Because of family history of cancers associated with Lynch Syndrome, I had genetic blood testing done and I do not have Lynch Syndrom, however two other genes were concerning - APC and FANCC. Are these known to be associated with endometrial cancer and fibromyalgia?
