I Saw My Last Period On 4th Of April 2018,today

I saw my last period on 4th of April 2018,today is 4th may I have not seen my period.On 2nd may I took 2tablets of white quinine and aspirin,on the 3rd I took ctotech,2tablets,this morning I took 4, in d afternoon I took the remaining in the afternoon.I used pregnancy strip ,yesterday and today it was negative. I also carried out serum test but to collect the result tomorrow. What should I do.I'm confused.
