I Started Puberty When I Was About 7-8. At 12

I started puberty when I was about 7-8. At 12 my breasts started budding, nothing happened after that. My doctor at the time told my mom that I was simply a late bloomer. Fast forward to 14 years old, my breasts weren't developed and I never started my period. I went to an endocrinologist, had tons of tests ran on me. Found out that a few of my x chromosomes were partially damaged. I started hrt at 14. It took time to figure out which estrogen pill worked for me because I had problems with a few of them. At 17, Premarin was my best option. At age 18, I lost insurance coverage. Now, I'm 22 years old. What should I do? I look like a little girl and this is affecting a few areas of my life. I want a proper diagnosis and to go through treatment. Is that still possible?
